Does This Prove It Is Jesus’ Tomb?

Not exactly. The results show that this is the same tomb that Constantine’s people found and honoured in the 300s.
They cannot show who was buried there 300 years earlier. Science can confirm the Roman story, but whether it is truly Jesus’ tomb is still a matter of history and faith.
Even so, the findings make the site’s claim much stronger than many people expected. Very few holy places can show such a long and unbroken history.
