Elton John: Nice

Elton John bought this villa on Mont Boron, in the south of France, in 1996. The house was built in the 1920s and is often called the “Castle of the Stars.” It looks out over the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Nice. In 2019, Elton made the news when Prince Harry and Meghan stayed there as his guests.
The villa has seven bedrooms, a large living room with crystal lights and a modern recording studio where Elton has made some of his later music. The gardens cover more than 50,000 square feet and include a pool with colourful tiles and an olive grove.
For Elton, the villa is more than a holiday home. It is a creative space where he can rest, write music and welcome famous friends. With its sea views and colourful gardens, it matches his bold and fun style perfectly.
