Prince Harry and Meghan Markle bought a large home in Montecito, California, for £11.5 million. The house is 18,000 square feet, with nine bedrooms and 16 bathrooms. It sits on five acres of land with rose gardens, very old olive trees and a koi fish pond.
Outside, there is a swimming pool, a tennis court and a children’s play area. Inside, there is a big entrance hall, a modern kitchen and a library. By 2025, the home was worth about £23 million. Even so, the couple filmed Meghan’s Netflix show, “With Love, Meghan,” at a £6.2 million farmhouse close by.
For Harry and Meghan, the home is a private place to raise their family away from the spotlight. The big gardens and play area give their children room to grow up outdoors. The rise in its value also shows how popular Montecito has become with wealthy buyers.
